House Rules

Since our home is in a quiet neighborhood, and we host other AirBnB guests, we ask that guests observe quiet hours between 10 PM - 8AM. The City of San Diego strictly prohibits house parties in AirBnB rentals, and will result in guest's reservation being immediately canceled, guest immediately evicted without refund, and a $500 fee assessed by the city being required from guests. EV Charging is shared with guests at our other 2 units at the property, please share as needed; and only park in front of charger while charging. Guests are asked to inform the host that they will be using the EV charger, and will be charged $10/reservation day to help offset San Diego's high electricity rates. Guests may only park one vehicle in the parking spot in front of the unit. This is our home-away-from-home, and we hope guests will treat it like their own. While we have never had issues with security in our quiet neighborhood, while away from the unit, it is expected that guests ensure that doors and windows are closed and locked. Guests beyond those registered/designated in the reservation must be pre-approved by the host. Guests may not have mail or packages delivered to the property without prior consent. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: ‣Early check-in may be available, please contact host for additional information. ‣Late Check-Out must be pre-arranged with host, and may incur a fee to reschedule cleaner. ‣Unless otherwise agreed, guests that checkout after 10:00 AM will be assessed a $50 fee. ‣Guests that checkout after 12:00 PM will be assessed the base nightly accommodation cost and/or any incoming guest's cancellation or rescheduling costs.

Overall I enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of room for my family of 5, the space worked great for both us adults and our young kiddos (10months, 4yo, and 7yo). The hosts were very clear on instructions and made check in simple and easy. They were very helpful when I asked questions or needed assistance. Overall a nice place to stay and the neighborhood seemed alright. My only small critiques would the furniture was not as comfortable as I hoped it would be. Very stiff bed and couch (and I usually like harder furniture). It didn't impact sleep or anything but it was equivalent to a low/mid grade hotel type furniture. The decor and cleanliness of the place was quite pleasing.
