This newly-built building sits on the back of a larger lot, away from the street and sidewalk. ‣Central climate control with strong AC and heat ‣Guest have the option of off-street parking for 2 vehicles ‣On-street parking often available as well ‣Well-equipped kitchen with gas range and huge refrigerator/freezer ‣Beds are super comfortable ‣Strong water pressure and hot water ‣Property is located across the street from a beautifully landscaped cemetery. ‣Quiet neighborhood, and solid internal sound barriers from the outside city life.

Since our home is in a quiet neighborhood, and we host other AirBnB guests, we ask that guests observe quiet hours between 10 PM - 8AM. The City of San Diego strictly prohibits house parties in AirBnB rentals, and will result in guest's reservation being immediately canceled, guest immediately evicted without refund. Guests are expected to abide by all laws, be respectful, and maintain the residential character of the neighborhood. Infractions of the noise limits pursuant to SDMC § 59.5.0401 and 59.5.0501 can result in individual administrative citations of both the guest, and the host, of up to $1,000. If the police are called to address disturbances, health, safety, or general welfare issues, guests may be responsible for repayment to the City for the cost of the police response. EV Charging is shared with guests at our other 2 units at the property, please share as needed; and only park in front of charger while charging. Guests are asked to inform the host that they will be using the EV charger, and will be charged $10/reservation day to help offset San Diego's high electricity rates. This is our home-away-from-home, and we hope guests will treat it like their own. While we have never had issues with security in our quiet neighborhood, while away from the unit, it is expected that guests ensure that doors and windows are closed and locked. We kindly request that you refrain from affixing any items to the walls or windows, including decorations. Guests beyond those registered/designated in the reservation must be pre-approved by the host. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: ‣Early check-in may be available, please contact host for additional information. ‣Late Check-Out must be pre-arranged with host, and may incur a fee to reschedule cleaner. ‣Unless otherwise agreed, guests that checkout after 10:00 AM will be assessed a $75 fee. ‣Guests that checkout after 12:00 PM will be assessed the base nightly accommodation cost and/or any incoming guest's cancellation or rescheduling costs. Guests that fail to vacate the property by the expiration of the occupancy term, may be deemed trespassers and may be subject to removal by relevant authorities.
